The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and personnel services necessary to examine, restore, maintain, repair, clean, inspect, and test the following: installed facility fire sprinkler systems, kitchen fire suppression systems, fire pumps, fire pump monitoring devices and related equipment, fire sprinkler monitoring devices, aircraft hangar Aqueous Film Forming Foam (AFFF) systems (to include annual lab testing of the foam concentrate agent), automatic fire alarms, Fire Alarm Control Panels (FACP) including the software and associated devices, (activation, warning and auxiliary), and electrical/electronic components of the systems.
