Contract Description

In accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i) and (ii), only one source reasonable available. U.S. Customs and Border Protection, Area Port of Norfolk, VA intends to negotiate a Sole Source Award with CSA-VAB, LLC, 1300 Diamond Springs RD, STE 204, Virginia Beach, Virginia 23455-3645, for quarterly indoor firing range services for 142 officers. Firing Range shall be located within 20 miles of the Norfolk Custom House, 101 E. Main Street, Norfolk, VA 23510 via MapQuest and available Monday to Friday, 9:00AM to 5:00PM. Services provided includes the following: Indoor Firing Range - 8 lanes, range to 25 yards, 16 to 18 days per quarter, Classroom - seating up to 14 officers, 16 to 18 days per quarter, Training/Mat Room – 16 to 18 days per quarter.
