This National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA/Glenn Research Center (GRC)) is establishing the Technical Library for all potential offerors to the Fission Surface Power (FSP) System Announcment for Partnership Proposals (AFPP) It is expected that the Technical Library will be updated periodically through the acquisition period. It is the potential offeror's responsibility to monitor the website for updates to the technical library. Fission Surface Power System Background Fission surface power (FSP) is both an essential and sustainable segment of the lunar and Mars power architectures for future human space exploration missions.
