Description of Requirement The Federal Mediation and Conciliation Service (FMCS) is issuing this Sources Sought notice for market research purposes to identify qualified and interested firms capable of providing enterprise technical documentation, modernization strategy development, and roadmap development services in support of the agency’s enterprise IT environment. The anticipated requirement includes development of system documentation packages, modernization assessments, future-state architecture, and migration roadmaps across multiple enterprise systems and platforms.
