Contract Description
THE PURPOSE OF THIS AMENDMENT 0003 IS TO CORRECT ERROR IN TIME CONVERSION BETWEEN PDT AND PST RELATED TO SYSTEM INTERFACE BETWEEN PIEE AND SAM, THIS AMENDMENT IS ISSUED TO ENSURE CONSISTENCY WITH PROPOSAL RECEIPT DATE AND TIME. THIS AMENDMENT WILL ALSO RESCOPE THE REQUIREMENT FOR WAX PLANT ELECTRICAL UPGRADES, B3566. THE CONSTRUCTION PORTION, CLIN 0002, OF THE PRICE SCHEDULE WILL BE CHANGED AND SOME OF THE REQUIREMENTS WILL BE BROKEN OUT INTO OPTIONS. PLEASE SEE ATTACHED SUMMARY FOR AMENDMENT 0003 FOR DETAILS.
