NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE Contract Number: 15M10225PA4700457 The Government hereby submits a notice of intent to award a sole source base firm fixed price contract for FY25 D24 Chicago Courthouse 24th Floor Paint Project. The period of performance for this effort will be a base. The total estimated value is approximately $9,815.30 and is being awarded to JONES LANG LASALLE AMERICAS, INC. This sole source contracting action is pursuing a waiver from placing an order on a competitive basis pursuant to FAR 13.106-1(a)for the aforementioned requirement. The determination not to compete this proposed contract action is solely within the discretion of the Government.
