Contract Description
The Indian Health Service (IHS), Fort Yuma Health Center (FYHC), is soliciting quotations from qualified Small Business vendors to provide comprehensive Water Management Plan (WMP) development, maintenance, verification, and water testing services for existing mechanical and domestic water systems. The contractor shall develop a new, facility-wide WMP during the base year and provide ongoing maintenance and updates during option years. Services include quarterly and semi-annual verification site visits, cooling tower sampling, and domestic water sampling for Legionella, heterotrophic plate count (HPC), and E. coli.
