Notice of Intent to Sole Source This is a notice of intent to award a sole-source contract under statutory authority 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Marine Helicopter Squadron One (HMX-1) has a requirement for fourteen (14) Garmin Worldwide Standard PilotPak software subscriptions. These subscriptions provide critical, routine updates for aeronautical databases (including NavData, FliteCharts, SafeTaxi, Terrain, and Obstacles) essential for MV-22 flight operations and FAA regulatory compliance.
