Contract Description
On or about 27 July 2026, the Government intends to issue a solicitation for Gavins Point Raw Water Intake Zebra Mussel Mitigation. The solicitation will close on or about 26 August 2026. The solicitation is restricted to Small Businesses. Site Visit: A Site Visit will be scheduled and additional information regarding the site visit will be provided in the solicitation via Section 00 21 00.Project Description: The contractor will supply all labor, equipment, and materials for installation of a new zebra mussel mitigation system. The scope of this project is to design a zebra mussel abatement system to protect the powerhouse raw water intakes and intake piping.
