(ABOA): 53,129 Space Type: Office Surface/Structured Reserved Parking Spaces: 23 Full Term: 17 Years Firm Term: 15 Years Additional Requirements: Floor plate must be a minimum of 15,000 ABOA SF. Offered space must be above ground, contiguous (horizontally and vertically) on one or more floors stacked without being split by a public corridor.
