Notice of Intent to Award – Multiple Blanket Purchase Agreements The Navajo Area Indian Health Service, Gallup Service Unit in Gallup, New Mexico, intends to place multiple-award Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA) with FLATWATER GROUP, INC., LAKOTA ENTERPRISES INC, and NOR-KEM DISTRIBUTORS INC. for various janitorial and housekeeping supplies that include various size trash can liners, biohazardous bags, bathroom tissue, paper towels, disinfectants, toilet cleaners, floor cleaners, microfiber mops, microfiber cloths, dust mops, paper towel dispensers, tissue dispensers, and soap dispensers., “on an as-needed basis”.
