Contract Description
Description The General Services Administration (GSA) Center for Charge Card Management (CCCM) is hosting a virtual Industry Day event from May 19-21, 2026 for the opportunity to collaborate with stakeholders on the future GSA SmartPay® program and potential acquisition. CCCM is responsible for overall program management and leadership of the GSA SmartPay program. The government-wide GSA SmartPay program currently provides commercial charge card and payment related services to approximately 250 federal government agencies, certain eligible organizations, and Native American Tribal organizations. CCCM is conducting market research for the development of the next iteration of the GSA SmartPay master contract(s), tentatively named GSA SmartPay 4 (SP4).
