Contract Description
This is a notice of intent, not a request for a quotation. A solicitation document will not be issued, and quotations will not be requested. The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) intends to award a fixed price contract on a sole source basis to LABRepCo, LLC for the purchase, delivery and installation of one Ultima Series 1400 LXP freestanding Laboratory Glassware washing machine. The requirement is needed for the Laboratory Services and Applied Science Division (LSASD) to properly clean labware and glassware required for method specifications of inorganic, organic, and biological laboratory analyses.
