Purpose: Department of Veterans Affairs Firearm Destruction Services In an effort to enhance competition, NCO16 is performing preliminary market research to identify interested, qualified, capable, SDVOSB and VOSB firms possessing the capacity necessary to compete for a VHA procurement opportunity.
