Contract Description

This Solicitation shall result in a firm fixed-price contract for the period of one (1) year plus four (4) option years upon award. The contractor shall provide comprehensive testing, certification, preventive maintenance, and filter replacement services for chemical hoods, HEPA filtration systems, and other critical containment and ventilation equipment at the Richard L. Roudebush VA Medical Center, Indianapolis, IN. The requested services shall include certification of Primary and Secondary Engineering Controls (PECs/SECs), Biological Safety Cabinets (BSCs), Laminar Airflow Workstations (LAFWs), Restricted Access Barriers (RABs), cleanroom environments, and air handling systems in pharmacy, laboratory, surgical, isolation, and research areas.
