Contract Description

The General Services Administration (GSA), Public Buildings Service (PBS) Office of Acquisition Management intends to hire a construction contractor to implement and enhance security and esthetics for the area around the Harry S Truman (HST) building located in Washington DC. The Government will utilize the Design-Bid-Build (DBB) delivery method. DBB is the traditional delivery method where design and construction are sequential and contracted for separately, with two contracts and two contractors. The project shall adhere to the GSA PBS Core Building Standards. HST is located at 2201 C St NW, Washington, DC and is the headquarters building of the U.S. Department of State (DOS).
