Contract Description
09 July 2025 Revision The Government is posting an updated Draft Request for Proposal (RFP) for the Hawthorne Army Depot competition. The purpose is to obtain industry questions, comments, and feedback on its contents prior to release of the Final RFP. The Government is not utilizing this document to negotiate or solicit proposals, and the issuance of this Draft RFP does not serve to bind the Government in any way. Portions of this Draft RFP are subject to change. Please submit all feedback in an Excel spreadsheet and refer to the specific text of the solicitation, including the solicitation section, page, and paragraph in your submission.
