25 March 2025 Revision This is a Draft Request for Proposal (RFP) for the Hawthorne Army Depot competition. The purpose is to obtain industry questions, comments, and feedback on its contents prior to release of the Final RFP. The Government is not utilizing this document to negotiate or solicit proposals, and issuance of this Draft RFP does not serve to bind the Government in any way. Portions of this Draft RFP are subject to change.
