The U.S. Government desires to procure Hazardous Material Supply Operations (HSMO) services, which includes providing the needed management and personnel to effectively, efficiently and safely receive, store, and issue hazardous material. The contractor will provide HSMO for the purpose of tracking and controlling all hazardous materials that are procured, received, store and issued at Fort Bliss, Texas, on a small business set-aside basis, provided 2 or more qualified small businesses respond to this sources sought notice with information sufficient to support a set-aside.
