HI-PAPAHANAUMOKUAKEA MRNE-SMALL VESSEL This requirement is for one (1) Firm Fixed Price Commercial Services Contract for Vessel Charter for Conservation Projects in the Northwestern Hawaiian Islands (Papah¿naumoku¿kea Marine National Monument or PMNM) and Central Pacific (Pacific Islands Heritage Marine National Monument or PIHMNM) - Single award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), for US Fish and Wildlife use only, one to three trips per year originating from Honolulu, HI.
