The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), Airborne Strategic Command, Control and Communications Program Office (PMA-271), intends to issue a firm-fixed-price and cost-plus-fixed-fee Delivery Order (DO) under sole source Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N0001924G0017 to Collins Aerospace, 400 Collins Rd NE, Cedar Rapids, Iowa 52498 for non-recurring engineering and modifications on five (5) High Power Transmit Set – Modernization (HPTS-M) kits to address interface issues with the flight display on the E-6B aircraft. This effort will also include modifications to the delta kits associated with HPTS-M and additional production support assets.
