Contract Description
The Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) has a requirement for non-personal engineering and technical services to support research activities of FHWAs Office of Infrastructure Research and Development located at the Turner-Fairbank Highway Research Center (TFHRC) in McLean, Virginia. The Office of Infrastructure Research and Development (HRDI) conducts and oversees research and development programs and projects that address critical highway infrastructure needs and priorities of national importance.
