HORIBA EQUIPMENT MAINTENANCE/UPGRADE SERVICES AT NVFEL The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Office of the Chief Procurement Officer (OCPO), Land, Enforcement, and Air Division (LEAD), Office of Air and Radiation Procurement Branch (OPB), under the authority of RFO Parts 12 and 13, is issuing a solicitation to award a sole source Hybrid (Firm Fixed-Price/Time and Material) Contract via FedConnect for Horiba Equipment Maintenance and Upgrade Services at NVFEL.
