MARKET RESEARCH The General Services Administration (GSA), Public Buildings Service (PBS), is issuing these sources sought synopsis as a means of conducting market research for an upcoming procurement in GSA PBS for operations and maintenance (O&M) services and full maintenance (FM) services, consisting of O&M, custodial, and grounds maintenance services for facilities in Houston, Galveston, and Beaumont, TX.
