Sources Sought Notice HVAC Assessment and Repair Services The Government is issuing this sources sought notice as a means of conducting market research to identify contractors having an interest in and the resources to support a requirement for Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) assessment and repair services at Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA), Texas. The intention is to procure these services through a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA). Scope of Work: The contractor shall provide all management, tools, equipment, and labor necessary to perform assessments and repairs on various HVAC systems.
