Amendment No. 3 - Extends Due date. See attached "Amendment No. 3 - Hydrogen Water Dropout Heat Exchangers" Amendment No. 2 - Extends Due date and Technical Questions Date. See attached "Amendment No. 2 - Hydrogen Water Dropout Heat Exchangers.pdf" Amendment No. 1 - Please see attachement "Amendment No. 1 - Hydrogen Water Dropout Heat Exchangers" This purchase is to acquire a quantity of 10 heat exchangers (HX) that will cool the hydrogen process stream produced by PEM electrolyzer stacks being tested as part of the Multimegawatt (MMW) Electrolyzer project. The process fluids will be 50/50 propylene glycol/water and hydrogen saturated with water. The portions of each heat exchanger containing hydrogen need to be cleaned and passivated for service with DI water. Please see attached document...
