Contract Description

The Naval Research Laboratory (NRL) hereby formally announces the intent to award a firm-fixed price purchase order on a sole source basis utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13.106-1(b) for purchases not exceeding the simplified acquisition threshold of $250,000 to Aerosol Monitoring & Analsys, Inc. The contractor will be required to provide. Consultant shall provide Industrial Hygienist services related to TEM and PCM clearance sampling in designated abated areas in various buildings as the need arrives. The Consultant will not be performing project monitoring. Clearance samples will be collected and analyzed in accordance with the Environmental Protection Agency’s (EPA) regulations.
