This is a PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE. It is not a Request for Quotes (RFQ), Invitation for Bids (IFB), or Request for Proposals (RFP). This notice is for information and planning purposes only. In the very near future, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers ? St. Paul District intends to publish a solicitation (most likely a Request for Quotes) that will result in one firm-fixed price service contract. This notice does not obligate the Government to post a solicitation or make any contractual action. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is seeking a Contractor to perform a complete diagnostic inspection, maintenance and repairs on the spud system of the USACE Crane Barge Leonard.
