Dear Prospective Offeror: Subject: Solicitation Number 19SA7026Q0011 Additional Power Utility Service for new DOW offices Annex Enclosed is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for Additional Power Utility Service for new DOW offices at the U.S. Embassy Riyadh, Saudi Arabia (Annex). If you would like to submit a proposal, follow the instructions in Section 3. of the solicitation, complete the required portions of the attached document, and submit it to the address shown on the Standard Form that follows this letter.
