NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS/QUOTATIONS. The General Services Administration, Public Buildings Services (GSA/PBS), intends to make a sole source, Firm-Fixed-Priced (FFP) IDIQ contract award to National Institute of Building Sciences (NIBS), utilizing FAR Part 36.6, Architect-Engineer Services procedures, and authorized under 41 U.S.C. 3304(a)(5 ) and FAR 6.302-5, for this procurement permitting for other than full and open competition when authorized or required by statute (Public Law 93-383).
