***The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration’s (NOAA) Acquisition & Grants Office (AGO), NMFS Field Delegates, intends to negotiate, on a single source basis, under authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1), with Southern California Marine Institute located in 820 S. Seaside Avenue San Pedro, California 90731 for purchase of Support Services Contract to include small boat storage, dive locker facility, equipment storage, laboratory facility, with membership and other access. ***The single source determination is based on NOAA’s requirement that Southern California Marine Institute is the only vendor that meets our specific needs, as it provides a unique and non-severable combination of specialized facility space and mission-critical storage.
