Contract Description
In accordance with FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements, the Department of the Navy, Military Sealift Command (MSC), intends to issue a modification to Contract N3220519D1000 with STRATASCORP, increasing the contract ceiling by $44,500,000, from $210,000,000 to $254,500,000. This increase is necessary to support continued Command, Control, Communications and Computer (C4) Afloat Operations and Sustainment services through 30 June 2026. This modification is required to fund anticipated and continued operational task orders to ensure uninterrupted services during the transition period before a competitively awarded follow-on contract can be finalized and phased in.
