Contract Description
THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTES. A DETERMINATION NOT TO COMPETE THE PROPOSED PROCUREMENT BASED UPON RESPONSES TO THIS NOTICE IS SOLELY WITHIN THE DISCRETION OF THE GOVERNMENT. Puget Sound Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PSNS & IMF) hereby provides notice of its intent to award a sole-source, firm fixed price contract, to Johnson Controls LLC. The period of performance is estimated to be March 2nd, 2026 to April 4th, 2026. PSNS & IMF requires Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) to perform inspections and provide condition assessment for No. 4 Air Conditioning Plant 225-ton Capacity Hermetic, R-114 Compressor (No. 4 R114 Plant) due to the plant being out of service for an undetermined amount of time.
