Contract Description
THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES; no solicitation or RFQ will be forthcoming. The U.S. Army Special Operations Command, Fort Bragg, North Carolina intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with SOF Landing, LLC under the authority implemented in FAR Subpart 12 for the procurement and delivery of Caprine. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) has been determined to be 112420 Goat Farming, with a small business size standard of $2.5 million. The Product Service Code for this acquisition is 6910 Training Aids. Any other responsible vendor believing they have the capability of meeting the requirement may submit their capabilities to include technical documentation to establish the potential of meeting the Government’s needs.
