1.The 906th Contracting Battalion (RCO Daegu, South Korea) hereby submits this Intent to Sole Source Notice. The Government intends to award a firm‑fixed‑price contract to Advantor Systems Corporation for the procurement and installation of an Intrusion Detection System (IDS), Access Control System (ACS), and Closed‑Circuit Television (CCTV) system. The Contractor shall provide and install all required equipment to manage access control points and intrusion detection for the new XXXX building, including entry and exit points, interior rooms, and exterior surveillance locations. All alarms shall annunciate to the Advantor ASN Server located at Building XX, with additional monitoring at BDOC, Building BXX.
