Contract Description

Marine Corps Installation East (MCIEAST) Regional Contracting Office, Camp Lejeune, NC, hereby gives notice of their intent to award a firm fixed price purchase order to LeadsOnline, LLC (CAGE: 53GT4) on a sole source basis in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.102(a), restricting competition. This procurement is to provide a web-based database service that allows criminal investigators to review local and national transaction histories, to include pawn shops, secondhand stores, scrap metal recycling, and eBay and other online marketplace content. Market research has revealed this contractor is the holder of the copyright for this type of service and the only source capable of providing the required services.
