Notice of Intent to Issue a Sole Source Contract for International Trade Center Manager (ITCM) Services at the Ronald Reagan Building (RRB) and International Trade Center (ITC) located in Washington, DC. Description: The General Services Administration (GSA) Public Building Service (PBS) Acquisition Facility Management Division - East, intends to issue a sole source contract in accordance with FAR 6.302-1 for (1) six-month base period with (1) six-month option period. The contract work will be performed at the Ronald Reagan Building and International Trade Center located at 1300 Pennsylvania Avenue, NW, Washington, DC.
