This requirement is for the contractor to Engineer, Design, Furnish, Install, and Test (EDFI&T) of an Intrusion Detection System (IDS) and Access Control System (ACS) for a Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF) at New Boston Space Force Station (NBSFS) based on the Vindicator platform. The IDS/ACS must comply with all applicable regulations and protect against various physical threats, providing detection, annunciation, and security for the SCIF resource.
