QUESTIONS REGARDING THE PROCUREMENT WILL NOT BE ANSWERED DURING THE PRESOLICITATION PHASE. SUBMIT QUESTIONS TO THE CONTRACT SPECIALIST AFTER THE SOLICITATION AND ASSOCIATED DOCUMENTS HAVE BEEN POSTED. THE WORK CONSISTS OF: Furnish all equipment, materials, and labor necessary to remove portions of an existing intrusion detection system (IDS) and install a new IDS at two (2) project locations; Six (6) buildings at Franklin Falls Dam, Franklin, NH and four (4) buildings at Blackwater Dam, Webster, NH.
