Contract Description
The Government requests competitive quotes for repair by replacement of an existing 30-ton gas/electric rooftop HVAC unit serving the Visitor Center (VC) at SAMA located at 2 New Liberty Street, Salem, Massachusetts 01970. The successful contractor shall provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, supervision/quality control, and project management necessary to complete the work as detailed in the Scope of Work. Site Visit: The clause 52.237-1 Site Visit will be included in any contract awarded as a result of this solicitation.
