Contract Description
The Lee County Healthcare Center (LCHCC), 2489 Diplomat Parkway East, Cape Coral, FL 33909, has a requirement for HVAC butterfly valve replacement services at the Lee County Health Care Clinic (LCHCC). The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and incidentals necessary to replace one (1) 9-inch butterfly valve and three (3) 6-inch butterfly valves in accordance with the Scope of Work. All vendors must be properly registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and certified by the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) as a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) at the time of quotation submission and award.
