VA Connecticut Healthcare System Newington Campus Safety Deficiencies Corrections Work Page 2 of 2 STATEMENT OF WORK NEWINGTON BOILER PLANT SAFTEY DEFICIENCIES CORRECTION BACKGROUND VA manages and maintains the operation and condition of facility level boiler to set standards and does so through Directive 1810 as well as compliance to all applicable codes, regulation and guidance.
