Contract Description
This Statement of Work (SOW) establishes performance requirements for a qualified mechanical contractor to provide preventive maintenance (PM), cleaning, inspection, and regulatory-compliance services for forty-one (41) direct expansion (DX) HVAC and refrigeration units at the Louis A. Johnson (LAJ) VA Medical Center, Clarksburg, West Virginia (VISN 5 / NCO 5).
