Contract Description

The VA anticipates soliciting this requirement as an SDVOSB set aside under FAR Part 36 procedures. Project Scope: The project includes removing the existing roofing system and installing a new single ply PVC membrane roofing system. Work includes removal of failed materials, substrate repairs, new membrane installation, flashings, edge metal, accessories, and providing all labor, materials, equipment, permits, and coordination necessary to deliver a complete, watertight, code compliant roof system.
