The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to negotiate a sole source contract for a One (1) year base period and four (4) option years with Avidity Science, LLC, located at 819 Bakke Ave, Waterford, WI 53185 to obtain preventative maintenance services on existing Avidity equipment to provide automatic water ultra-filtration filtration and environmental monitoring for the animals housed in the animal facility.
