***Adding sole source justification *** Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Network Contracting Office 08 (NCO 08) hereby gives notice of the Government s intent to negotiate a sole source, Fixed-Priced Purchase Order with only one source Olympus America Inc. The Contractor shall provide all labor, travel, equipment, materials, apparatus, tools, supervision and disposal necessary to provide Preventive and Corrective Maintenance on the Olympus OER-ELITE Endoscope Reprocessors located at the Bay Pines VA Health Care System, 10000 Bay Pines Blvd, Bay Pines, FL 33744, and Lee County VA Clinic, 2489 Diplomat Parkway East, Cape Coral, FL 33909.
