Contract Description
Under Statutory Authority 41 U.S.C. 1901 the VA Great Lakes Acquisition Center (GLAC) intends to negotiate a sole source contract with Philips Healthcare to provide preventive corrective maintenance of the Intrasight and SyncVision equipment at the Milwaukee VA Medical Center in Milwaukee, WI. A Class Justification for an Exception to Fair Opportunity (JEFO) issued by the Department of Veterans Affairs Office of Acquisition and Logistics National Acquisition Center limits performance of service agreements for previously acquired and installed Philips Radiology and Imaging Systems to the OEM, Philips.
