Pre-Solicitation Notice of Intent to Sole Source The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 21, intends to award a sole source Firm Fixed Price contract to Stryker Medical (UEI: UJPNLN1M18B3) in accordance with Revolutionary Federal Acquisition Regulation Overhaul (RFO) 6.103-1 Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The contract is for preventative maintenance services for VA-owned Stryker patient beds, stretchers, and pumps at San Francisco VA Health Care System.
