Statement Of Work The VA Pittsburgh Healthcare System Environmental Management Service line requires Preventative Maintenance (PM) Service and replacement parts for existing equipment, san-i-pak. Part Number: Autoclave Model 340-3P sterilizer and self-contained compactor/ Serial number 340-3P-605-112023 Performance Period: 7/1/2026-6/30/3031 Qualifications: All work shall be completed by a qualified technician who is technically skilled in repairs of a Autoclave Model 340-3P sterilizer and self-contained compactor.
