Contract Description
Under Statutory Authority Public Law 109 Sec. 502 and VAAR 819.7008, the Government anticipates entering into a sole-source procurement with EMERITUS CLINICAL SOLUTIONS INC, certified/verified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), for Hospital Bed and Stretcher Maintenance and Repair, at the William S. Middleton Memorial Veterans Hospital, Madison, WI. A determination that only one SDVOSB can meet the requirement is not required. This notice is not a request for competitive quotes.
